Delroy uncovered and fixed some fairly awful "bodges" from a previous "builder". Our refurbishment plans did change once or twice and he was accommodating of the changes and also did not suddenly hit you with silly prices for extras, that I have experienced with one or two other builders. So, yes, I have no hesitation in recommending Del.

Yes, you can usually live in your home during the extension. However we do recommend if you are doing full kitchen renovation and refurbishment that moving out could be an option. We are able to create temporary kitchens should you choose not to move out.
