Delroy uncovered and fixed some fairly awful "bodges" from a previous "builder". Our refurbishment plans did change once or twice and he was accommodating of the changes and also did not suddenly hit you with silly prices for extras, that I have experienced with one or two other builders. So, yes, I have no hesitation in recommending Del.
