When Maddy and her husband, Matt, began planning their eco-friendly home, their vision extended beyond functionality. They were committed to using high-quality, sustainable materials with character, materials that told a story. Every element was carefully considered to reduce environmental impact while creating an interior that feels refined, warm and timeless.

Designed in collaboration with Nested Living and delivered by the Ireson-Bailey team, the completed home has now been shortlisted for an award at the British Institute of Interior Design, a testament to the strength of the design and the quality of its execution.
